Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

All of our boots that are in stock will ship within 24 hours after purchase. We offer free standard shipping but can rush ship if needed for a cost. 

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to LOVE your boots. If your boots are'nt the right fit you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery! 

We accept returns in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days of your purchase or delivery confirmation. Return requests made after 14 days of purchase or delivery confirmation are no longer eligible for return. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless determined to be defective by our customer service team. Once a return has been delivered back to Amiga Amor, it can take up to 10 business days (M-F) to inspect & process a return. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent once processed. 

We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We package all our shipments with care and ask our customers do the same when they need to return goods. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging to be accepted, otherwise, we will return to sender. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending returns to Amiga Amor.  To initiate the return process, please sent us an email regarding your order.
